Hillary Grantham, M.A., LPC
Founder and director of Victory Leadership Institute. Before starting her work as a VLI Forum Facilitator, Hillary has served as a professional counselor, small group facilitator, trainer, consultant, and founder and CEO of an organization consulting firm. Her passion is to equip the next generation leader to expand their personal capacity, effectively influence other leaders, and impact culture through organizational success and significance.
Hillary serves as an Executive Director in a non-profit organization where for 8 years she has managed over 300 volunteers and has modeled the ability to have true influence outside of the traditional benefits and financial motivators. She has dedicated her time to developing and equipping others to lead themselves. Specializing in leadership development, team-building, and interpersonal dynamics, Hillary seeks to challenge and expand the influence of the next generation corporate leader.
