Tuition & Payment

REGISTRATION FEE

A $30 non-refundable registration fee per student – due upon enrollment. $45 for family with 2 or more students enrolled.


TUITION

Tuition prices are based on the entire 9 month season (September – May), but may be paid on a monthly basis. Whether the month has three, four, or five weeks (due to holiday breaks) the price remains the same. All classes are priced with holiday breaks in mind.

Tuition may be paid one of three ways:

(1) Entire 9 month season paid in full at time of enrollment by either check or online credit card payment. (Eligible for a 20% discount on tuition).

(2) Two Semester payments: One payment of 4 months (Sept-Dec) at time of enrollment by either check or online credit card payment. 2nd payment of 5 months (Jan-May) will be set-up as a monthly Auto-Draft, occurring on the 5th day of each month, January through May 2009. (Eligible for a 10% discount on tuition).

(3) Monthly auto-draft from your checking account, occurring on the 5th day of each month, October 2008 through May 2009. NOTE: September tuition is due at time of enrollment by either check or online credit card payment. An auto-draft authorization form must be filled out completely prior to enrollment being finalized.

Aside from Registration Fee and September 2008 Tuition, Victory School of the Arts will not accept cash, money orders, or checks for tuition. Tuition may only be paid by one of the three methods listed above. If you have questions on tuition payments, feel free to contact the VSA Office at 405.717.1250 or 405.717.12567.


TUITION FEES

Class meets 1 time per week: $45 per month, costume included!
Class meets 2 times per week: $55 per month, costume included!
No price increase again this year!

Company Tuition:
$30 per month (company tuition is not eligible for discounts)

**NEW** Multi-class discount: Families with more than 3 classes per month are eligible for the Multi-Class Discount. Classes 1-2 are regular price, all additional classes (beginning with the 3rd class per family per month) is 25% off.
   EXAMPLE: You have 2 dancers in your family. 1 takes 3 classes, 1 takes 2 classes. Your tuition for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th class is 25% off.
   NOTE: If tuition includes both $55 and $45 classes, the discount applies to the lesser tuition (ie, the $45 classes).


TUITION DISCOUNTS

(1) Full Year Tuition Discount: 20% off tuition. See Tuition info above.

(2) Semester Payment Tuition Discount: 10% off tuition. See Tuition info above.

NOTE: No discount may be combined with another. If you are eligible for two discounts (including multi-class discount), you must choose one. No combining of discounts is available.

LATE FEES
A $10 late fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full by the 25th of each month.
NOTE: VSA is an independently run, non-profit organization that does not have the financial resources to allow students to have a past due account. Therefore, all accounts must be kept current each month. Once an account has become 10 days past due (i.e. the 25th of the month) the student will be asked to sit out of class until the account has been paid in full, including all late fees.


NOTICE

All students and/or guardians will need to read all policies in full and make themselves familiar with the policies of Victory School of the Arts, including: tuition, dress code, financial aid, withdrawal policy, and all points within the student handbook.

VSA reserves the right to change the Season 10 class schedule based on registrations received, as well as availability of staff. Classes not at a minimum class size may be dropped and classes with waiting lists may be added. Early enrollment is encouraged so that classes may remain open. A VSA representative will contact those involved in the cancellation, rescheduling, or combining or any class.
