Developing Leaders

Victory Leadership Institute exists to equip leaders and influence culture.  Through leadership training and other growth opportunities such as VLI Leadership Forums (a monthly leadership peer review and strategy session), facilitating monthly leadership events with Pastor Mark and the Victory leaders, quarterly seminars, and annual leadership conferences, our goal is to engage the business community, strengthen families, and develop leaders. In addition to helping corporate leaders reach their strategic objectives, VLI programs are helping to facilitate the vision for developing leaders at Victory Church.  VLI is currently offering leadership tools, leadership programs, and training opportunities for our VLI Network Members that will accelerate potential development.
