Beth Moore's Stepping Up
Stepping UpA Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent is an in-depth look at 15 of the Psalms.  Just as a song or poem can express feelings of fear, doubt, hope, and joy, these 15 Psalms model how group members can voice their own petition and praises to our God.  He is always available and ready to hear us.  Join this group of women and explore the major feasts of Israel and journey with Beth through Psalms 120-134 in this 8-session study.  Modern day believers can learn much from these treasured Psalms in their journey toward greater intimacy with God.

Learn how to handle money God’s way!  Join us for an uplifting, Bible-based, personal finance
program beginning with a short video presentation by program founder, Dave Ramsey.  This small group is a 13-week, 2-hour course.

God has designed you to fulfill a unique purpose—a design we call your giftedness. This giftedness becomes evident when you are doing what you were born to do by virtue of your god-given design. This 3-week course will help you discover your unique design and find the volunteer opportunities at Victory that best fit with your giftedness.

The small group is one of the most powerful tools to produce life change and spiritual growth. This one-day orientation/training program will prepare you to increase your leadership ability as a small group leader and increase the ministry that takes place within your small group.  This orientation is a requirement to faciliting Victory Small Groups. (see VLI Small Group Ministry Program for more information.)

The Small Group Ministry Program will benefit:

  • Sunday School teachers and small group leaders
  • Church leaders who oversee or lead small groups
  • Victory Life Ministries Small Group Leader volunteer applicants

This two-semester Victory Life Institute training program is designed to prepare students for lay ministries of counseling within the context of the local church or individual ministry. This program will prepare students to utilize a proven counseling model and other counseling techniques to minister to the needs of the spirit, mind, and body of persons you come in contact with from day to day. (See VLI Christian Care Giving Program for more information.)

The Christian Care Giving Program will benefit:

  • Sunday School teachers and group leaders who need to minister to group members
  • Church leaders who have informal counseling opportunities with group members
  • People who have family members and friends with problems such as drug addiction, alcoholism, divorce, loneliness, depression, and suicide
  • Lay Care Giver volunteer applicants of Victory Life Counseling Ministries

The Skilled Leadership class will discuss the leadership principles that one must be follow if you want to be a great leader at home, on the job, in church, or wherever you are called on to lead. These leadership principles are confirmed by the real-world experiences described the authors of The Leadership Challenge.

This two-semester program is designed to prepare students for lay ministries of counseling within the context of the local church or individual ministry.

Foundations of Christian Care Giving
This course will lay the foundations essential to defining a Christian approach to counseling. Students will learn how to foster an atmosphere of change, love and hope in a caring relationship, understand the importance of bonding and separation, and apply a wholistic approach to human suffering.

Wise Counsel
This course is one of two required courses (See pre-requisite below) that will prepare you to utilize a proven counseling model and other counseling techniques to minister to the needs of the spirit, mind, and body of people you come in contact with from day to day.
