Jennifer Crow is co-founder of Victory Church with her husband Mark. In addition to teaching at VC worship experiences, she serves as the Director of Victory Productions which produces VMusic worship CDs and DVDs. Victory Productions also produces the weekly television show “vc.tv with Mark Crow” and provides programming for the 24 hour web-stream broadcast of VC.TV.

Steven Grantham is one of the Associate Pastors of worship at Victory. He shares responsibility for leading worship during the adult Worship Experiences, and assists in preparation for services and special events. Steven is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and is married to Hillary, Associate Pastor of Victory Leadership Institute and they have two children.

Jacque Jones is one of our Associate Pastors of Worship. Jacque is married to Mike, who is also active at Victory.

Ben Freeman serves as worship director for Youth worship at Victory Church as well as Victory’s Sunday night worship experience: the ConneXion. Ben has a degree in music theory and is married to Lindsay, who is also involved in music ministry.

Shelly Preslar is the director of the Victory Worship Choir and is on the worship leadership team for several Victory worship experiences. She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor's Degree in Music and a minor in Worship Leadership. Shelly has traveled across the United States and Europe ministering in music. Her passion is to see people discover God through worship.
