Jennifer Crow is co-founder of Victory Church with her husband Mark. In addition to teaching at VC worship experiences, she serves as the Director of Victory Productions which produces VMusic worship CDs and DVDs. Victory Productions also produces the weekly television show “vc.tv with Mark Crow” and provides programming for the 24 hour web-stream broadcast of VC.TV.

Steven Grantham is one of the Associate Pastors of worship at Victory. He shares responsibility for leading worship during the adult Worship Experiences, and assists in preparation for services and special events. Steven is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and is married to Hillary, Associate Pastor of Victory Leadership Institute and they have two children.

Ben Freeman is the worship leader at Victory Norman as well as Victory's Sunday night worship experience: the Connexion. Ben has a degree in music theory and is married to Lindsay, who is also involved in music ministry.

Kristy Starling is one of the worship leaders at Victory Church and participates in several worship experiences, including the Connexion on Sunday nights. On Wednesday nights, she leads worship for Victory's 4.12 Student Ministries where her husband, Adam, is the Senior High Youth Pastor.

Matthew Payne is the Youth Worship Director for 4.12 Student Ministries, as well as the worship director for Victory's college and young adults ministry, The Dorm. He leads worship for the youth
worship experiences, and also is actively involved in developing young musicians. Matt graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma where he studied English and Communication.
