Jennifer Crow is co-founder of Victory Church with her husband Mark.  In addition to teaching at VC worship experiences, she serves as the Director of Victory Productions which produces VMusic worship CDs and DVDs. Victory Productions also produces the weekly television show “vc.tv with Mark Crow” and provides programming for the 24 hour web-stream broadcast of VC.TV.

Kristy Starling is one of the worship leaders at Victory Church and participates in several worship experiences, including the Connexion on Sunday nights. On Wednesday nights, she leads worship for Victory's 4.12 Student Ministries where her husband, Adam, is the Campus Pastor in Oklahoma City.

Matthew Payne is the Youth Worship Director for 4.12 Student Ministries, as well as the worship director for Victory's college and young adults ministry, The Dorm. He leads worship for the youth worship experiences, and also is actively involved in developing young musicians. Matt graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma where he studied English and Communication.
