REGISTRATION FEES
A $30 non-refundable registration fee per student due upon enrollment. $45 for family with 2 or more students enrolled.
TUITION FEES
Tuition prices are based on the entire 9 month season (September - May), but may be paid on a monthly basis. Whether the month has three, four, or five weeks (due to holiday breaks) the price remains the same. All classes are priced with holiday breaks in mind.
Tuition may be paid one of three ways:
(1) Entire 9 month season paid in full at time of enrollment by either check or credit card payment. (Eligible for a 20% discount on tuition, excluding company tuition if applicable).
(2) Two Semesters payments: One payment of 4 months (Sept-Dec) at time of enrollment by either check or cred card payment. 2nd payment of 5 months (Jan-May) will be set-up as a monthly Auto-Draft, occuring on the 5th of each month, January through May 2010. (Eligible for a 10% discount on tuition).
(3) Monthly auto draft from your checking account or credit card, occuring on the 5th or 15th day of each month, October 2009-May 2010. NOTE: September tuition is due at time of enrollment by either check or credit card payment. An auto-draft authorization form must be filled out completely prior to enrollment being finalized.
Aside from Registration Fee and September 2009 Tuition, Victory School of the Arts will not accept cash, money orders, or checks for tuition. Tuition may only be paid by one of the three methods listed above.
TUITION DISCOUNTS
(1) Full Year Tuition Discounts: 20% off tuition. See Tuition info above.
(2) Semester Payment Tuition Discount: 10% off tuition. See Tuition Info above.
NOTE: No discount may be combined with another. If you are eligible for two discounts (including multi-class discount), you must choose one. No combining of discounts is available.
TUITION FEES:
Class meets 1x per week: $47 per month, costume included!
Class meets 2x per week: $57 per month, costume included!
Pointe class for Teen Ballet 2, 3, 4: Add $10 per month
Company Tuition: $30 per month (company tuition is not eligible for discounts)
Multi-Class Discount: Families with more than 3 classes per month are eligible for the Multi-Class Discount. Classes 1-2 are regular price, all additional classes (beginning with the third class per family per month) is 25% off.
EXAMPLE: You have 2 dancers in your family. 1 takes 3 classes, 1 takes 2 classes. Your tuition for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th classes are 25% off. NOTE: If tuition includes both $57 and $47 classes, the discount applies to the lesser tuition (i.e. the $47 classes).
COSTUME FEE/RECITAL FEE
At VSA, the dancer's costume fee and recital fee are included in your monthly tuition payment. No extra costume fee is charged. The costume fee can not be separated, waived, or refunded due to withdrawal from class or lack of participation in recital productions. PLEASE NOTE: Students who audition for lead parts in the year end production and earn a lead role will have an additional lead dancer costume fee to be determined at that time.
WORK STUDY
VSA has a limited number of work study positions available. Students and/or parents interested are asked to complete a Work Study Application, available by request at the VSA Office (717.1250). For a list of available positions, see the VSA Office. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the number of applications we receive, the max amount of work study given may be limited to $20/month, per approved application. Work study is given on a first-come first served basis. Once the pre-determined number of accepted applications is reached, VSA will no longer accept any work study applications. VSA does not offer scholarships for tuition.
TO PAY YOUR TUITION:
Step 1:
Enroll in courses directly with VSA Administrative Offices or online below (for Summer 2009 only).
Step 2:
Select the item or items you'd like to pay for below.
You will be given the opportunity to continue your "shopping" in order to add multiple items to your shopping cart. In addition, within the billing portion of the process you will be required to list your student's name to proceed. Adults paying for themselves online via credit card will need to list their name in the "Student Name" field.
For Example: If you are paying for multiple classes you will be paying by $10 increments. So if you wanted to pay $100. Select enter a quantity of 10. This will calculate ten $10 increments totaling $100.
